Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026 · OpsJuice / Echo Collective LLC
This policy explains what personal data OpsJuice collects, why we hold it, who we share it with, and how you make us stop. It applies to this website, to the AI Assessment, and to every email we send.
1. Who we are
Data controller: Echo Collective LLC, doing business as OpsJuice, 8 East 96th Street, New York, NY 10128, United States. Email info@opsjuice.com.
We sell AI operations assessments and build automation for small service businesses. This policy covers the personal data that work involves.
2. What we collect
Only what the service needs:
- Forms on this site: the name and work email you enter to request the AI Readiness Scorecard, the AI Assessment, or a call, plus anything you type into a notes field.
- Business contact data for outreach: a business name, a public or role-based business email address, a website, an industry and a location, obtained from public sources.
- Email we exchange: what you write to us and what we reply, including delivery events such as whether a message bounced.
- Booking data: your name and email when you book a call.
- Assessment call recordings and transcripts: only if you take an assessment call, and only after you are told at the start of the call.
- Site analytics: a random session identifier held in your browser for the length of the visit, the page path, and any campaign tag on the address. No cookies, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no third party analytics script.
We do not collect health, biometric or government identifier data, and we do not want it. Payment card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our systems.
3. Why we are allowed to hold it
- Legitimate interest: business to business outreach to a company we have a reasonable basis to think our service fits. You may object at any time and we stop.
- Contract: processing needed to deliver an assessment or a build you have engaged us for.
- Consent: where you asked for something, such as the Scorecard. You may withdraw it at any time, which does not affect what was lawful before.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep something.
4. How to make the email stop
Every message we send carries our postal address and a way to opt out. Reply with the word stop, use the unsubscribe link, or email info@opsjuice.com. We suppress the address on the same day and we do not need a reason. A suppressed address stays on a do-not-contact list precisely so that no later campaign can reach it again.
5. Who else sees it
Only processors doing a specific job for us, and none of them for their own marketing:
- Resend, email delivery.
- Cal.com, call booking.
- Stripe, payments. Stripe is the controller of the card data you give it.
- Cloudflare, hosting and security, which processes IP addresses and technical metadata.
- Retell, the voice assistant used on assessment calls, where one takes place.
- Supabase, our database.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States. Where personal data comes from the EEA or the UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or another lawful transfer mechanism, and we require equivalent safeguards from processors operating outside those areas.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, ask for it in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest, which includes direct marketing. If you are in California, you may ask what we collected, ask us to delete it, and ask us to correct it, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Email info@opsjuice.com and we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. How long we keep it
24 months from the last time we heard from you, unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete it sooner. Records tied to paid work, including assessment deliverables and the invoices behind them, are kept as long as our accounting and professional obligations require. Suppression records are kept indefinitely, because forgetting that you opted out is how you get contacted again by mistake.
9. Cookies
This site sets no cookies. The session identifier used to count a visit lives in your browser's session storage and is discarded when you close the tab. It is not tied to your name, your email or any advertising profile.
10. Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Credentials are held in a secrets store rather than in code, and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
11. Automated decisions
We use AI to draft and to prioritise, but no automated system decides on its own whether to take you on, what to charge you, or what your assessment concludes. A person reviews the work that reaches you.
12. Children
This is a service for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we delete it if we learn we have.
13. Changes
If we change this policy we change the date at the top. Material changes are notified by email to anyone we hold an address for.
14. Contact
